Q. Can I put these dishes in the microwave? A. Patterns using gold cannot be microwaved (the gold is friable and will snap and sizzle- an exciting effect but NOT desirable in the long run). For safety's sake, please email us before trying to microwave other items. Q. Can I put these dishes in the dishwasher? A. Most patterns with gold will show wear after being dishwashed, although not until they have been washed hundreds of times. Printed patterns should be fine in the dishwasher as long as the temperature is moderate. Please use something - paper towel or felted cloth or soft tissue - to keep the plates separated when they are dry and ready for storage. This will extend the plate "life-expectancy" by many years. Q. How long will it take my order to arrive? A. Please see the information section regarding order timing. If you have purchased something special, it may take as long as 14 weeks to receive your order. The Bespoke Porcelain Company will confirm your order as soon as possible and we will let you know as quickly as we can if items you have ordered are out of stock. If you order out of stock items, we will let you know when you can expect delivery. Q. What if my shipment arrives damaged? A. We guarantee everything we sell. Please contact us about replacements.
